A rating decision has these ordinary calendar checkpoints. They are not interchangeable with deadlines for other notices. Use the actual dated notice and the filing instructions for the issue.

This calendar covers ordinary modernized compensation notices. It does not resolve contested claims, legacy appeals, extensions, reconsideration, tolling or exceptional office and Court closures. Ask an accredited representative promptly about any discrepancy.

A standard rating decision may contain several issues with separate outcomes. Identify the issue being reviewed and avoid concurrent review elections for the same issue. A proposal, an examination request, or a deferred issue is not interchangeable with a final decision on that issue.
