The standard veteran compensation tables start at 10%. A noncompensable 0% service-connected evaluation recognizes the connection without a standard monthly amount for that evaluation. Other benefit rules must be assessed separately.
Dependents And Health Care
The standard disability-compensation dependent allowance begins at a combined rating of 30%, so this rating level does not have that additional allowance. VA Dependency Rules.
